Members of Tyrone Adair's family said Saturday night that they were very sorry for the hurt caused in the quadruple murders.
"Before anyone else is hurt, please turn yourself in," said Damien Sundby, Tyrone's brother. "And when we say before anyone else gets hurt that includes yourself. Please, this needs to come to an end and we need some closure."

Statement from the families involved in Madison investigation:
Words cannot express how deeply devastated we are by the traumatic and sudden loss of Amber Weigel and Neveah Jordan Weigel-Adair.
Amber was our sister, our daughter, our granddaughter and our aunt. She was a loving girlfriend, a dedicated mother, and a loyal friend and ally to many people. She loved and saw promise in every single person. She was so proud of what she had become and what she did with her life, which she demonstrated through her self-proclaimed title "Proud Mama."
She was amazingly enthusiastic about her job at the Montessori Children's House where she was well-loved and appreciated, and where Neveah had just started attending. Neveah was Amber's life. She was a loving little girl, full of spark and personality. Their love and their laughter will be sorely missed by us all.
We are a close-knit group who feels blessed to have a family that extends beyond genetics, which is why we extend our prayers and thoughts to Tyrone Adair's family, particularly to Tyrone's mother because she has also lost a granddaughter, and they have lost a cherished family member.
Please keep our entire family, all the families and every person affected by this tragedy in your hearts and prayers.
We'd like to specifically ask all friends of the family to please help ensure the safety of the rest of this family by refraining from making any comments or releasing any information.

Information from the Dane County Coroner's Office:
The Dane County Coroner’s Office has released the names of the four homicide victims discovered in the City of Madison and the City of Middleton on December 3, 2009.
Found in the City of Madison on Park Edge Drive were Amber M. Weigel, 25, of Madison, and Neveah Weigel - Adair, 2, of Madison.
Found in the City of Middleton on Branch Street were Tracy L. Graser, 33, of Middleton, and Deja Adair, 23 months, both of Middleton
Forensic examinations of all four victims were conducted today at the Dane County Coroner’s Office. Amber Weigel and Neveah Adair were the victims of homicidal firearm attacks.
Tracy Graser and Deja Adair were victims of homicidal attacks that were not related to firearms.
No additional information is being released at this time. These deaths remain under investigation by the City of Madison Police, the Middleton Police Department, the Dane County Sheriff’s Department and the Dane County Coroner’s Office.

Madison: A nationwide manhunt is on for a Middleton man accused of killing two women and the daughters he had with them.
A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Tyrone Adair, but police have no idea where he is.
Thursday evening around 6 o'clock someone found the body of Amber Weigel and her two year old daughter Neveah in the garage of their duplex on Park Edge Drive in Madison. They were shot to death in their car. "It appears that she pulled into the garage and that she and her child were shot shortly after they arrived at home," says Joel DeSpain, spokesman for the Madison Police Department.
At 9:15, Middleton Police opened the trunk of a Chrysler 300 found along Branch Street and found the body of Tracy Judd and her daugther Deja-who would have turned two years old on Christmas day. "Those victims were found in the trunk of the car and that it's likely those homicides took place somewhere else and they were transported in the trunk of the car and left in that location," says DeSpain.
DeSpain says all of the victims are connected to 38 year old Tyrone Adair. "Both of these women who were shot and killed had relationships with this suspect. In addition, we believe the two young children are his biological daughters."
Tyrone two daughters were born three months apart in 2007. He lived with Tracy Judd at her house in Middleton.
Middleton Police say Adair was seen at the Branch Street Retreat Thursday afternoon. It's believe he left in a cab.
According to the felony arrest warrant Adair was last seen leaving Judd's house around 4pm.
Weigel's body was found at 6, and at 7:30 Adair called one of Judd's older daughters and said her mother and sister wouldn't be coming home because they had a bad accident on Branch Street.
Adair told the girl he was behind the WalMart in Dodgeville.
According to court records, Adair stopped visiting his first daughter last March. This summer, he lost partial custody and was ordered to pay $351 a month in child support. Soon after he lost his job.
This is not the first time Adair has threatened a girlfriend. A Madison woman still has a restraining order against Adair from the time in 2006 when he threatened her over the phone, broke into her apartment and slashed her tires.
Just a few months after that episode, Weigel became pregnant with his daughter.
Madison Police say they've been contact with Adair's ex-girlfriends. "He's armed and dangerous," says DeSpain. "He's shown some propensity to act violently to women who've been in his life in the past."
Tyrone Adair is the son of Madison social worker Rita Adair, who became well known for her work during the Hurricane Katrina crisis.
Police say they have been in contact with the family and they are cooperating with the hunt for Tyrone.

Those who knew the victims say they want nothing more than for police to find Adair.
Tonight they fight with the reality that those they knew and loved are gone.
They say when you consider two kids have been murdered, two of the suspects' own children, this whole thing gets even harder to stomach and hard for many to believe.
The cold, calmness of the day in this Southwest Madison neighborhood makes it even harder for those who live here to imagine the terror that went on inside this garage.
It's where police found Amber Weigel and her 2 year old daughter Neveah dead in their own vehicle.
Neighbor Sue Olson says, "The ambulance had pulled up and less than 10 minutes later they carried the child out on the ambulance. They were running on the gurney."
Weigel's friend Aisha Spinks says, "I just, I was in shock I could not believe that this would happen to such a nice person."
Spinks says when she saw police outside the home Thursday night she tried to call Weigel to see if she was OK.
She says, "She was one of the happiest people I've ever met and she especially was happy and a lot of people can't do that. She was happy about her life and her job and her daughter and everything just was going great for her."
Police believe Tyrone Adair killed Amber and the couples 2 year old daughter Neveah and the same day killed girlfriend Tracy Judd and that couple's 1 year old daughter Deja.
Police were searching in and around the home Adair shared with Judd today.
Neighbor Nicole Graham says, "I am concerned about it happening in my back yard. I'm concerned about it happening in anyone's back yard. You know you just hope and pray that it's not you really."
Neighbors say Weigel worked at Montessori Children's House where her daughter Neveah attended daycare.
Spinks says the two were inseparable.
She says, "It's tough and the kids are still shaken up by the whole situation so I think he should be caught."
Again, police say they do not know if Adair is in the Madison area or has fled and are asking anyone who has information or thinks they see Adair to call 911.
He is considered armed and dangerous.

According to a felony warrant issued for Adair's arrest, around 9 p.m. Thursday, Middleton police broke into the trunk of Adair's Chrysler and found the bodies of his current girlfriend, Tracy Judd, and their daughter, who would turn two years old on Christmas.
Judd and Adair lived together at Judd's home in Middleton with Judd's daughters from another marriage.
Those daughters told police Tyrone Adair called them around 7:30 p.m. to say their mother and half sister would not be coming home.

Middleton Police have released a photo of Tyrone Adair taken yesterday, the day of the murders.
From Middleton Police:
The afternoon of December 3, 2009, homicide suspect Tyrone M. Adair, M/B, age 38, 5' 10", 175, was last seen wearing camo pants, a baseball style cap possibly beige, a dark puffy vest, green long sleeved shirt, light colored footwear, and carrying a beige backpack. He is thought to be operating a 2007 Silver GMC Acadia SUV bearing WI/342EBL. Adair remains at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Search continues for man who's a person of interest in slayings of 2 women, 2 children
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities are still searching for a man they say is a "person of interest" in the deaths of two women and two young children.
Madison police say 38-year-old Tyrone Adair had a relationship with both women, but declined to say if he had any connection with the girls.
Online court records say a man with Adair's name and age has two paternity cases pending, along with a lengthy criminal record which includes battery and disorderly conduct.
A mother and her daughter were found shot to death inside a vehicle in the garage on Madison's southwest side last evening. Later last night in Middleton, the bodies of a woman and girl were found in the trunk of a vehicle in a parking lot.

Mr. Adair remains at large. The Madison Police Department is actively working with multiple law enforcement agencies casting a wide dragnet to bring him in. Anyone seeing Mr. Adair, or the vehicle he is likely driving (a Silver GMC Acadia with a Wisconsin plate 342-EBL) should call 911 immediately. Again, he is considered armed and dangerous.

Madison and Middleton Police Departments are looking for a person of interest in a quadruple murder after two mothers and two daughters were found murdered late last night. Police are looking for 38-year-old Tyrone Adair. He's a person of interest in all four deaths. Adair may be driving a Silver GMC Acadia with a Wisconsin plate 342-EBL.
This all started in the 6800 block of Park Edge Drive on Madison's south west side. Madison Police got a call just after 6 Thursday night. They arrived at the scene to find a young mother and her young daughter killed. Their bodies were found in a car in their garage.
About 2-and-a-half hours later, Middleton Police found a vehicle that Madison Police were looking for in relation to the first murders. It was found in the parking lot at Forest Ridge Apartments in the 2600 block of Branch Street in Middleton. Police say another adult female and female child were found dead in the trunk of that car.

Middleton Police tell NBC15's Chris Woodard the following:
Middleton Police confirm their officers are at a second crime scene involved in this quadruple murder. The scene is in the Forest Ridge Apartments area on Branch Street in Middleton.
Middleton Police were notified by Madison Police about a vehicle they were looking for in relation to the first double homicide.
Around 8:30 p.m., Middleton Police located that vehicle in the parking lot at Forest Ridge Apartments in the 2600 block of Branch Street in Middleton.
They approached the vehicle and didn't initially see any evidence of problems. A short time later they came to find the body of a deceased female and a young girl in the trunk of the vehicle.
At this point, Middleton Police are not aware of any connection between that apartment building and the suspect or anyone else involved.
Police continue to search for a crime scene. Police say it doesn't appear that those people were murdered in that vehicle or at the location where the vehicle was found.

A second crime scene was discovered tonight in the 2600 block of Branch Street in the City of Middleton. An adult female and a female child were found inside a vehicle located in a parking lot.
These are the two other victims referenced in the original release. Both cases are being treated as double homicides.

Madison Police Public Information Officer Joel DeSpain says the investigation has turned to a double-homicide. Police arrived at the scene to find a young mother and her young daughter killed. Their bodies were found in a car in the garage at the residence where they live.
DeSpain says no information is being given about the names or ages of those killed because next-of-kin haven't been notified.
He says this was not a random act, but they do not have a suspect in custody. Police say there's no threat to the general public at this time.

Madison Police currently are investigating a shooting on the city's southwest side.
Dane County Dispatchers tell NBC15 that a call for a possible shooting came in to the 911 Center around 6:00 p.m. Thursday.
It happened in the 6800 block of Park Edge Drive.
Madison Police have not released any information about this incident.
There is an NBC15 crew at the scene. Continue to monitor this story for the latest updates.

The Acadia will only have active Onstar if the owner subscribed to Onstar. I noticed Adair's family hasn't given any statements. Why is that? Isn't his mom a well known something or other?

I thought based on my other comments people might be curious. According to table 25 of 2008 UCR reports Table 25 63% of murders were solved. This number is misleading too. If a murder is not solve until the next year it is put into the next years solve rate, so the number should actually be lower. I'd say we're well over that rate.
